LA Funky Faces follows a strict code of practice. This includes using fresh sponges for each child & cleaning kit between each party.
Face paints are easily removed with soap & water. Temporary Tattoos are removed with baby oil.
For sanitary reasons LA Funky Faces will not paint or apply temporary tattoos to anyone who is or appears to be suffering from cold sores, conjunctivitis, any infectious skin condition, eczema or open wounds.
LA Funky Faces are not liable for allergic reaction to paints. Children with skin allergies or sensitive skin should either not participate, or have the artist perform a skin test at the beginning of the event. Anyone who is allergic to sticking plaster should not participate in glitter tattoos.
Face paints are recommended for use on children aged three years and over.
LA Funky Faces will not paint full faces on children under three, but painting on the cheek, hand or leg may be done on children aged between two and three at the parents own risk.
LA Funky Faces reserve the right NOT to paint on any person we feel should not be painted. We reserve the right NOT to paint what is considered to be offensive symbols or subjects. The Face Painters professional decision is final.
Parents/Guardians are responsible for their children, and are to stay with the child until they have left the painting are. LA Funky Faces will not be liable for anything that happens to a child in or out of the painting area.
